Frequently asked questions
What is non-emergency medical transportation?
It's a scheduled ride to and from medical appointments for people who don't need an ambulance but do need extra help or can't drive themselves, such as seniors, wheelchair users, or anyone recovering from a procedure.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as you can, ideally at least 24 hours ahead. For same-day rides, call or text and we'll do our best to fit you in.
Can I book a ride for my parent or loved one?
Yes. Many of our rides are booked by family members and caregivers. Just share the rider's name, pickup address and any mobility needs.
Do you accept insurance or Medicaid?
Not at this time. We accept private payments only, which keeps our pricing simple and our scheduling flexible.
Can a family member or caregiver ride along?
Yes, a companion is welcome. Let us know when you book so we can plan for them.
What does PASS certified mean?
PASS (Passenger Assistance Safety and Sensitivity) training teaches drivers how to safely assist passengers with disabilities, including wheelchair securement and helping riders in and out of the vehicle.
